At The Woman at the Well, we take great care to ensure the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.

Physical Products (Card Decks, Books, etc.)

Returns & Exchanges:
We accept returns of unused, unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements:
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

To initiate a return, please contact us at: info@thewomanatwell.com with your order number and reason for return.

Digital Products (Downloads, PDFs, Online Courses)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital item has been purchased and the download link has been sent, it cannot be returned or refunded.

To complete your digital product purchase, you must check the box acknowledging the following agreement before checkout:

“I understand that digital downloads are for my personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing this product without written consent from The Woman at the Well is strictly prohibited. One purchase equals one license.”

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective physical item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.
